ROGERS Compact model full keyboard
I studied piano with Constance Warren, senior professor at Birmingham School of music...now conservatoire. She had a Steinway and a Bosendorfer grand in her front room and a Rogers upright. She referred to it as her sweet little upright. By golly it was. I remember the full well articulated sound with that wonderful warmth found in older English pianos. It had a more forgiving lighter touch than either of the grands and I think I played at my best on that piano.
This is a late Rogers in a high gloss dark mahogany case. It has a full 88 note keyboard and is excellent throughout. It’s small compact size will not overpower. This would be a wonderful opportunity for a starter to take right through the grades. It’s a quality instrument and will out perform a much bigger piano. The case is in good order although not perfect , there are a few imperfections on the case that do not detract from its pleasing look This makes the piano very affordable..in perfect condition it would be at least 1500.
