Steinway and sons. Eup123 2012 Essex

Here I have a most playable and prestigious Steinway Essex similar in size to a Yamaha U1. But how very different to any Yamaha….this piano is an absolute gem. It has the most impressive tone across the keyboard and the “as new” action is nimble and precise, while maintaining that Steinway edge to the tone…German design throughout the piano. The back of the piano shows how careful the design is. 5 back posts are now placed where the strings hold most tension resulting in a more even tone and tuning stability.  They’re are numerous details that only Steinway can use as they hold the patents.  This is a piano which encourages you to play more with its way of making you sound your best even when you’re not! In excellent condition and almost as new, third pedal for muted practice. So much nicer than an older Yamaha and at an affordable price.  This is a piano for life.
